A Birthday Rehearsal

As you know, my birthday is only about 3 months away!  In preparation for my birthday, I had a rehearsal on this whole blowing-out-candles birthday routine.  The reason why I got to have this rehearsal is because today is my Daddy’s birthday.  Since the cake and candles were already there, I couldn’t let this opportunity slip by.  You can read more about Daddy’s birthday on Alicia’s blog here.  Meanwhile, a video of my rehearsal is posted below. 

Last but not least, my Fans should consider this rehearsal a kick-off to the planning on what gifts/toys to get me for my birthday!  Once again, you only have 3 months left before this big day arrives!

Someone I Can Always Count On

These days, the first thing that any Visitor who walked into our home is to look for my sister.  It’s good to know that there is someone that I can still count on to look for me first!  My Grandpa! 

Today, we had quite a few visitors.  Uncle Steven was here, along with the 2 Grandma’s, Grandpa, and a long time family friend whose name is also called Alicia.  And of course, the reason why there were so many people visiting is because they want to meet my Sister.  But like I said, it’s good to know that I still have my Grandpa to count on!  Below are a few pictures taken from today.  If you head over to my Sister’s blog, she has more pictures from today.

Having a Walk with Daddy

I don’t care what my Sister told you from her blog, I am NOT a jealous person, and I didn’t not want all the attention from Mommy and Daddy.  All I was asking is some playing time with Mommy and Daddy… 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless I’m sleeping.  Is that asking for too much?  After all, you don’t think Mommy or Daddy takes Alicia out to the park or shopping mall when I’m asleep?

The video here is (secretly) recorded while I was having a walk with Daddy, first to get mail, then a walk around the swimming pool.  As you can see from the video, I was all ready to jump into the pool except that Daddy was pulling me back.  Why?  I think Daddy is afraid of the water.  What do you think?

Later today, Daddy finally remembered that he’s been exclusively taking picture of Alicia, but not me.  He immediately took a few photos of me and here they are.  Noticed how few they are compare to the number of Alicia’s pictures available on her site?  And you wonder why I have a problem when Mommy and Daddy put to much focus on Alicia?

I Missed Those Days!

This picture was taken the day before Alicia was born.  At that moment, I still thought that Alicia will forever staying inside Mommy's tummy.  Man, how wrong was I!

Welcome, My Little Sister!

And thank you very much for your gift!  Although I wonder if you are buying me a globe, as a gift, just to remind me that from now on, you are the world.

Anyway, I enjoy playing this toy a lot, especially when I see Mommy or Daddy holding you.  As soon as just a few days ago, the only person Mommy or Daddy would be holding, was just me!  So go figure!

Grandma has been staying with us in the past few days… in preparation of my little sister’s arrival.  While she was here, we shot this video.

 

 

It's getting close! I'm going to be a big brother really soon!

All Things Must Come to an End

In 7 days or less, I will no longer be just a good looking 19-months old chick magnet.  Instead, I will be a good looking 19-months old chick magnet who also plays the role, and bare the responsibility, of being a big brother!  If the baby inside my Mommy's tummy turns out to be a girl, I already know her name will be Alicia, and she will have lots of friends who will always want to go to her (our) house to play with her (just so they can check me out.)  If it turns out that I am to have a younger brother, I already know his name will not be as sexy as mine, yet he still doesn't have to worry much about girls because I will have abundant supply.

As the big brother, one of my job is to look after her/him and to give her/him my help whenever (s)he needs me.  And the first thing that I'm going to do, is to lend him/her a helping hand with her/his home page (blog.) What this means is that I will be so consumed by teaching her/him from typing, to programming, to photo editing, I will leave very little time to update this blog that you are reading.  Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to let you all know that I will be taking some time off from this blog. 

Stop the crying, please!  This Blog is NOT going away!  All I am saying is, I will only post on this blog if/when the subject matter is solely oriented around me, and nobody else.  Otherwise, chances are the posts will appear on my sister/brother's blog instead.

So what does this mean to my Fans?  If you would like to continue to follow every movement of me, I highly recommend you to subscribe to the email update and/or RSS feed from my sister's site.  (If it turns out to be a boy, I'll provide new information via this blog.)  Also, you might want to subscribe to the email update and/or RSS feed from this site as well.  This way, you can be assured that you are covered with the latest post(s).
